Notre Dame's New Coach Should Be?

Today reports have come out that Charlie Weis is out as coach of Notre Dame. I think the best coach to replace himwith his Brian Kelly from the University of Cincinatti. In 3 seasons at UC he has a record of 33-6.Before that he was coach at Central Michigan and had a record of 19-16 and spent two years at Division II Grand Valley State. While at Grand Vallaey state he compiled 2 national championships and a record of 118-35-2. This year his spread offense is ranked 4th nationally even though Cincinatti's defense is okay ranking 47th nationally.I think he brings the a fresh attitude into Notre Dame of winning and charisma. He also is a terrific developer of talent as you see in the likes of players, such as Mardy Gilyard and Tony Pike. In Weis's time at Notre Dame he was never even able to develop players such as Jimmy Clausen, or Marcus Aldridge into players they should've been earlier in their college career. Also players like wide receiver Michael Floyd and Golden Tate(if he stays in college) would probaly excel in Kelly's spread attack and double their stats they even had this season. For all the right reasons Brian Kelly is the man for the job!
